Vet checks are recommend on every horse at buyers expense. You are spending the money to invest in a horse and it is, in my opinion, money well spent. Just like any athlete, they can and will have maintence issues somewhere along their career. It is up to the buyer as to what you are willing to maintain or not. I have been blessed to work with clients (selling their horses) that are honest about maintence issues they know about, but that doesn't mean they may be aware of them all. A good soundness exam should be a priority when investing in your next horse.

Addie is BROKE whether you ride her daily or not. There has been a time she was not ridden in a month and I NEVER have any trouble with her. She has been started right and NOT PUSHED. Addie has alot to give to her new owner. Very trainable mind and wants to please always. NOT marish, hauls great, stands tied all day. NO issues or bad habits. A great project for winter. I am over loaded with horses and time is a big factor for me. She deserves a chance and she will prove herself to be a great addition to anyones program.
Don't let her cow breeding fool you, this gal can scat, she is long strided and covers some ground. She is very quick and catty. She will easily make an all around horse. She is comfortable around cattle and could easily be trained in breakaway or roping.
She is current on coggings, vaccines, deworming, regular trims (every 4 weeks) and just had her teeth done by an equine dentist. She is ready to rock-n-roll.
